How to request information

Tell us your exact phone model.
Describe the personalization you are looking for, such as a pet photo, name, initials, color direction, or other personal detail.
If you want to use an image, send a clear image that you have the right to use.
We will confirm whether the requested customization is currently available, together with any applicable price and processing time, before a custom order is created.

Before you order

This page does not itself create or charge a custom order. Only customization that has been confirmed as available by ALIBABY or shown as an available option on a product page should be considered orderable.

Because personalized items are made for a specific customer, change-of-mind returns may be restricted after production begins. Defective, damaged, or incorrect custom products remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, Service Warranty Policy, and applicable law.
