Shipping Policy

Vriy, available at www.alibarbarfactory.com, is operated by Jiangxi Maoxi Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd. We fulfill eligible orders through supply and fulfillment partners, including partners located in China.
Where we ship
We currently serve the shipping destinations made available at checkout. At present, our primary supported market is the United States. If additional markets are enabled in the future, the destinations and shipping options shown at checkout will control availability.
Order processing
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for payment verification, supplier processing, packing, and handoff to the international logistics network. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Personalized, pre-order, or unusually high-volume orders may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
Estimated delivery time
For standard United States orders, transit after dispatch is normally estimated at 7–12 business days. Including our normal processing time, a typical order is expected to arrive approximately 8–15 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Peak seasons, customs or security inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may add approximately 3–7 business days or, in exceptional cases, longer.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the parcel has been handed to the carrier or logistics partner. Initial tracking scans can take approximately 1–3 business days to appear after shipment information is created.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Unless checkout or the applicable shipping option explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, any import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Delayed or missing shipments
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or if an order has not been delivered within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner and provide the available resolution. A parcel is not automatically considered lost merely because a carrier scan is delayed.
