Service Warranty Policy

Vriy, available at www.alibarbarfactory.com, is operated by Jiangxi Maoxi Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd. We provide the following limited service warranty for eligible physical products sold through our website.
90-day limited manufacturing warranty
Unless a product page states a longer period, eligible physical products are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that materially affect the product’s intended use.
What is covered
Examples may include a material manufacturing defect, a component that was missing at delivery, a structural defect present under normal intended use, or an item that materially fails to match the product ordered. Coverage is determined after we review the order information and evidence of the issue.
What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches caused after delivery, gradual discoloration or yellowing caused by age, UV exposure, chemicals, or use, accidental drops or impact, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, damage caused by incompatible devices or accessories, loss of removable pieces, or damage to a phone or other device. Choosing an incorrect phone model or compatibility option is not a manufacturing defect.
How to make a warranty claim
Email yskljp1233@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or video showing the claimed defect. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Available remedies
For an approved claim, and subject to applicable law, we may provide a replacement, replacement part, repair where appropriate, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. This warranty does not require you to send a product to our registered company address unless we provide written return instructions.
Consumer rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable statutory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
