30-day return request period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, uninstalled, in substantially the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number together with clear photographs or video showing the issue. After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Personalized and custom products

Products made or personalized specifically for you are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started. This does not affect your rights where the product is defective, damaged, materially not as described, or where applicable law requires a return or refund.

Return authorization and return address

Please contact us before sending any return. Do not send a return to our registered company address unless we have specifically instructed you in writing to do so. Depending on the product and fulfillment route, the authorized return location may be a designated warehouse or fulfillment facility. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or may not be deliverable.

Return shipping costs

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide an appropriate remedy and will bear reasonable return costs where a return is required. For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund timing

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable circumstances

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, we may refuse a return where the item has been materially used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned incomplete, or sent outside the applicable return period. Gift cards and other non-physical items, if offered, may also be non-returnable except where required by law.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
